Role Overview :

Provide L2 operational support for ARCON PAM, handling incidents, basic configurations, troubleshooting, and assisting with integrations to ensure secure and smooth privileged access operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and daily PAM operations.

- Monitor ARCON PAM components : password vaulting, session monitoring, connectors, and scheduled tasks.

- Perform onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts, policy updates, and access configurations.

- Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, and vaulting issues.

- Coordinate with L3 teams for complex issues and change implementations.

- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and audit logs.

- Support integrations with AD, LDAP, SIEM, and ITSM tools.

Required Skills :

- 3.5- 5 years in IAM/PAM, with solid hands-on experience in ARCON PAM.

- Knowledge of AD/LDAP, network fundamentals, and authentication mechanisms.

- Basic scripting (PowerShell/Python) for troubleshooting/automation.

- Good understanding of PAM concepts, security principles, and compliance basics.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- ARCON certification or exposure to other PAM tools.

- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
