Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Security Network Engineer / Device Management Support Engineer (L2) who will have hands-on experience with network security tools and will be responsible for managing and overseeing security operations.

You will handle escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and work with senior engineers to ensure effective incident management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for automation, creating SOPs, managing documentation, and contributing to capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Escalation Management & Incident Response : Handle escalations from L1 engineers, conduct root cause analysis, and manage change and incident management for security operations.

- Security Tools & Automation : Strong experience with network security tools such as WAF, APT, SIEM, DLP, IAM, etc.

- Automate security operations using scripting, Ansible, and REST APIs.

- Documentation & Reporting : Create and manage documentation (SOPs, HLD/LLD, dashboards, policies) for security systems and procedures.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with SLA compliance and deliverables.

- Audits & Capacity Planning : Support audits and contribute to capacity planning efforts.

Desired Skills :

- 5+ years of experience working with security tools and device management.

- Proficiency in network and endpoint security tools such as WAF, SIEM, DLP, IAM, and experience automating security processes.

- Strong expertise in incident management, escalation handling, and root cause analysis.

- Hands-on experience with scripting (Python/Shell), Ansible, and REST APIs.

- Strong documentation skills for SOPs, HLD/LLD, dashboards, and policies
