We are looking for a Testing L2 Resource / QA Engineer with strong experience in Functional Testing and Automation Testing.

The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding requirements, preparing test cases, executing tests, reporting defects, and supporting automation activities. The candidate should also be comfortable using Generative AI tools in daily testing work and should have the curiosity to learn and apply emerging Agentic AI-based testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business and functional requirements through discussions with stakeholders.

- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Log, track, retest, and close defects with clear documentation.

- Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts.

- Support API testing, automation execution, and defect analysis.

- Use Generative AI for test case creation, edge case identification, test data generation, defect summaries, documentation, and automation support.

- Coordinate with product, development, and business teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in software testing.

- Strong functional testing and automation testing experience.

- Must have experience in Blaze Meter, JMeter - to perform load testing.

- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.

- Basic scripting/programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

- Strong documentation, communication, and requirement discussion skills.

- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and defect lifecycle.

- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.

Good to Have :

- Experience in tracking, logistics, fleet management, GPS, telematics, or IoT domain.

- Exposure to API testing, database testing, SQL, Git, CI/CD, or test automation frameworks.

- Interest or exposure to Agentic AI, AI-assisted testing tools, prompt engineering, or autonomous testing workflows.

- Ability to understand requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.
