Job Description :

L2 production support experience, with knowledge. Talent should possess domain experience. Strong proactive communication and good analytical ability, flexible for working in rotational shifts and weekend support.

1. Operating Systems : Proficiency in all or any Linux/Unix/Windows environments.

2. Scripting : Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis.

3. Database : Ability to write and debug SQL queries, understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, Sybase or PostgreSQL.

4. Monitoring Tools : Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Pagerduty, WatchTower, Checknanny or AppDynamics.

5. Ticketing Systems : Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy for incident and change management.

6. Networking Basics : Understanding of DNS, IP, firewalls, load balancers, ports etc
