- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot L2/L3 network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN appliances.

- Support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring network reliability and security.

- Implement, manage, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions for enterprise connectivity.

- Collaborate with the IT team to design and deploy network solutions for new projects and upgrades.

- Perform network performance monitoring and tuning to optimize traffic flow.

- Identify, analyze, and resolve network issues, providing timely incident resolution.

- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

- Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve complex network issues.

- Ensure adherence to network security policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.

- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (L2/L3).

- Proven experience with SD-WAN technologies.

- CCNP certification (Mandatory).

- Familiarity with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, MPLS, etc.

- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience with enterprise firewalls and VPN solutions.

- Knowledge of data center networking and cloud network integrations.
