Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, endpoints)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1 support teams
- Manage and support Windows/Mac OS environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and collaboration tools
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement best practices for data protection
- Collaborate with network and system administrators to optimize infrastructure performance
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Thorough experience in setting up IT infrastructure from scratch (servers, networks, endpoints)
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, and virtualization platforms
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Cisco/Aruba preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications :
- 7 - 8 years of experience in end-user support and infrastructure setup
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL are highly desirable
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale IT environments
