Azure Engineer Level 2

Job Description :

- Good working knowledge on Azure and Azure related technologies.

- Managing Azure Tenants, VM, Storage and Network operations.

- Infra Monitoring.

- System Administration up to Level 1.

- Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration.

- Experience with Hyper-V or VMWare configuration and administration.

- Windows Server OS Administration up to Level 1.

- Windows scripting or PowerShell.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts.

- Familiarity with IIS and HTTP protocol.

- Understanding of Storage technologies (cloud and/or on premises).

- Understanding of RDP/SSH.

- Handle Level L1 issues and adhere to escalation matrix.

- Understanding and follow ITSM / ITGC process.

- ITSM tool for ticketing.

- Coordinate with L2 / L3 team for escalation.

- Maintaining good client relations.

- Tracking and managing work records.

- Compiling job reports.

Technical Skills :

- NSG.

- Virtual Machine troubleshoot.

- Resize VM and Disk.

- Automation Account.

- Azure Monitor.

- Availability Set (Fault Domain/Update Domain).

- Azure Storage explorer.

- Public IP address (Basic and Standard).

- Recovery Service Vault (Backup).

- IAM Role.

- Point to Site VPN configuration.

- Virtual Network and Peering.

- Virtual Network Gateway.
