Job Opening : L1 Technical Support (Smart Metering Domain)

Locations : Meerut & Surat (Local candidates preferred)

Experience : 2 - 5 years

About the Role :

We are looking for motivated professionals with HES (Head-End System) and MDM (Meter Data Management) experience in smart metering projects to join our support team.

Key Responsibilities :


- Provide L1 technical support for smart metering applications.

- Monitor and troubleshoot HES & MDM systems.

- Handle ticketing, incident management, and first-level issue resolution.

- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with detailed documentation.

- Work closely with operations teams to ensure SLA adherence.

Required Skills :


- Hands-on experience with HES & MDM platforms in smart metering/utility IT projects.

- Good understanding of AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure).

- Knowledge of DLMS/COSEM protocols is a plus.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Local availability in Meerut or Surat.

Candidate Profile :


- 2 - 5 years of relevant technical support experience.

- Exposure to utility digital transformation / smart grid projects preferred.

- Immediate or short-joining candidates highly desirable
