Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters and components.

- Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance.

- Monitor and optimize cluster and pod health.

- Implement and manage ODF (Ceph Storage).

- Enforce security and access policies within the platform.

- Troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end and support development teams for seamless deployments.

- Manage DR operations, backups, and maintain technical documentation.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- 4 to 9 years of Kubernetes/OpenShift Administration experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise with ODF (Ceph storage).

- Deep knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Podman).

- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD.

- Good understanding of networking, RBAC, and cluster security.

- Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
