We're Hiring | L1/L2 Application Support Engineer | Chennai | 24 Years Experience

Are you passionate about application support, solving complex issues, and ensuring seamless system operations? We are looking for a skilled L1/L2 Application Support Engineer with 24 years of experience to join our team in Chennai!

This is a full-time opportunity with a rotational 24/7 shift (majorly night shift), ideal for someone with strong skills in SQL, Unix scripting, and telecom domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

- L2 incident handling, RCA, and bug triaging

- Patch/release validation and coordination with L3/development teams

- Work across OSS/BSS modules including provisioning, activation, billing, and order management

- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and provide on-call support

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- Strong in SQL / PL-SQL & Unix Shell scripting

- Hands-on with XML & working knowledge of Python

- Familiarity with Order orchestration, decomposition, and task modeling

Domain Expertise :

- OSS: Provisioning, Activation, Inventory

- BSS: Billing, Customer Management, Order Management

- Solid understanding of Telecom business processes
