The L1 IDAM Engineer provides operational support for Privileged Access and Identity systems, focusing on monitoring, access management, and session oversight to ensure secure and compliant privileged access.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor CyberArk PUAM to manage privileged accounts, users, and sessions
- Perform account reconciliation and ensure credential accuracy
- Monitor and review privileged sessions, including session recording
- Capture and review audit logs through CyberArk Vault
- Support access authentication and basic account management tasks
- Perform privileged session health checks
- Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams following defined procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Basic experience with CyberArk PUAM / PAM
- Understanding of privileged access management concepts
- Familiarity with session monitoring, logging, and audit requirements
- Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD is an advantage
