L1 Desktop Support Engineer - .Net

The role involves working with ASP .NET and Microsoft SQL Server, providing customer technical support, debugging issues, and collaborating on software architecture.

Key Responsibilities :


- Maintain and enhance legacy applications developed in Visual Basic 6.

- Build new software versions using Visual Basic .NET.

- Manage and maintain databases on Microsoft SQL Server.

- Address customer technical support inquiries and issues.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software-related problems.

- Collaborate with the lead developer on designing and implementing new software architectures.

- Handle technical triage for customer support tickets.

- Interact with customers through Freshdesk and provide remote assistance via TeamViewer.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess :


- Familiarity with software support workflows and processes.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Proficiency in Visual Basic (6 and .NET).

- Solid knowledge of ASP.NET web technologies.

- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server database management.

- Hands-on experience in maintaining and updating legacy systems.

- Good understanding of web development and UI/UX principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
