Description:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) on desktops and laptops.

- Provide hardware support, including assembly, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting.

- Assist with installation and configuration of standard software and updates.

- Handle basic networking issues including DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall configuration.

- Set up and troubleshoot MS Outlook (configuration, backup, restore).

- Support user account management in Active Directory (add/delete/disable).

- Manage BitLocker encryption and recovery processes.

- Install and troubleshoot network printers and scanners.

- Perform antivirus installation, update, and system virus protection checks.

- Provide remote desktop support and on-site troubleshooting as needed.

- Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs and warranty claims.

- Maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware and software).

Key Skills & Competencies :
