Role & Responsibilities :

Role Overview :

The said candidate will be responsible for L2 Linux system administration, VMware & Cisco/HP hardware & user support.

The role is based out of Mumbai, India

With an objective to ensure a smooth BAU support in area of Linux, VMware platform along with Cisco & HP Hardware support, the candidate will work on BAU support which include weekend on-call support.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Overall experience of 3 - 8 years working on L2 Support for RHEL 7/8/9 OS Administration

- Good working experience & hands-on knowledge of Linux

- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization (2-3 years)

- Basic storage & VM datastore knowledge (SAN, NAS, iSCSI)

- RedHat Cluster experience

- Working experience with large-scale server environments

- Troubleshoot and resolve OS & server level issues.

- Basic knowledge of Ansible playbook

- Basic understanding for automating regular tasks by using Ansible, scripting shell / Python

- Experience on Cisco & HP servers is an added advantage

- Japanese language knowledge will be an advantage

- Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
