Lead Application Development & Modernization

Lead application development projects, provide consulting and technical solutions, and drive development of new offerings & capabilities. Partner with clients to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale modernization initiatives, transforming legacy applications into modern, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients to assess application portfolios and design end-to-end solution architectures.

- Lead technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for digital transformation projects.

- Define and implement modernization roadmaps using cloud-native, microservices, and DevSecOps practices.

- Identify portfolio gaps, recommend solutions, and guide offering development.

- Support business development through solution proposals, architecture workshops, and pre-sales activities.

- Mentor teams, champion best practices, and ensure solution quality and scalability.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 10+ years in enterprise IT with expertise in solution architecture and application modernization.

- Proven leadership in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong background in APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, containerization, DevOps, and cloud security.

- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, C#, NodeJS, Python, etc.) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).

- Experience with enterprise-grade systems, middleware, and data platforms (SQL & NoSQL).

- Excellent communication skills for C-level engagement and technical presentations.

- TOGAF/Zachman, Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP), Cloud DevOps/Security certifications.
