Kuoni Tumlare - Test Engineer - Functional/Regression Testing

Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Web Application Testing, and JMeter for automation and performance testing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of STLC, and software quality processes, along with experience in API testing and a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues in fast-paced Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications.

- Define and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test data in alignment with project requirements.

- Conduct functional, regression, smoke/sanity, and integration testing.

- Develop and execute performance tests using JMeter; analyze results and provide recommendations.

- Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman and Swagger; perform validation using JSON and XML data.

- Understand and validate HTTP methods, status codes, cookies, and sessions during testing.

- Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure complete and effective test coverage.

- Participate actively in Agile sprints and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Experience : Minimum 1-2 years as a QA/Test Engineer.

Education : B./B.Tech/BCA/MCA
