Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable backend applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing high-performance services, working with microservices architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

This role requires strong coding skills, problem-solving ability, and a good understanding of backend system design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with frontend teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.

- Work on performance optimization and scalability improvements.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Document technical designs and implementation details.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of software development experience.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Basic experience with Docker and containerization.

- Understanding of version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Understanding of concurrency and Go routines.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
