- Need Project Manager for Odoo department at Ksolves India Limited

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning & Execution

- Manage full lifecycle Odoo ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.

- Define project scope, timelines, resource planning, and deliverables.

- Create detailed project documentation including SOWs, BRDs, and functional specifications.

- Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

- Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

- Conduct discovery workshops and understand client business processes.

- Liaise between technical teams and clients to ensure clear communication.

- Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and progress reports.

- Handle change requests and ensure client satisfaction.

- Functional Expertise

- Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, CRM, and Projects.

- Map business requirements to Odoo features and propose optimized solutions.

- Conduct functional testing, UAT sessions, training, and product demos.

- Team Coordination

- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and business analysts.

- Allocate tasks, ensure workload balance, and oversee project team performance.

- Resolve escalations and ensure smooth communication across departments.

- Quality Assurance & Go-Live Support

- Ensure successful deployment and migration processes.

- Perform functional reviews, identify gaps, and maintain quality standards.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in ERP, with at least 3 years in Odoo project management.

- Strong functional knowledge of core Odoo modules.

- Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills.

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and ERP implementation methodologies.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification (good to have).

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Basic understanding of Python/Odoo development.

- Experience working with Odoo.sh or enterprise edition.

- Knowledge of API integrations and third-party connectors.
