Job Title : Senior Web UI Developer (React.js / Redux)

Experience : 9-12 Years

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Redux to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex UI components and workflows using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to best practices in web development.

- Implement TDD and BDD methodologies using Cypress, React Testing Library, and Cucumber.

- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile sprint processes.

- Work with workflow engine technologies like Camunda (BPMN, DMN) to integrate business processes into UI flows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth application functionality.

- Contribute to UI/UX improvements and follow accessibility and design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of experience in Web UI development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Redux.

- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6), CSS3, HTML4/5, Bootstrap, HTTP, Cookies, Node.js, and React Testing Library.

- Strong understanding of UI performance tuning, code profiling, and design patterns.

- Experience with Cucumber, TDD, and BDD.

- Proficiency with Git, JIRA, and Agile development methodologies.

- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.

- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and workflow engines (Camunda BPMN/DMN).

- Knowledge of MongoDB.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
