Kronos Functional Consultant - Workforce Central Modules

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Kronos Workforce Central modules, focusing on Pay Policies, Accruals, Dataviews, and Reports.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Kronos

functional specifications.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Employee Self Service functionalities, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experience.

- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure Kronos configurations align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Kronos functionality, including new features and updates.

- Stay updated with Kronos product releases and industry trends to propose and implement best practices for system improvements.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Kronos Functional Consultant with expertise in Pay Policies, Accruals, Dataviews, and Reports.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Experience in configuring and customizing Kronos Workforce Central modules.

- Knowledge of Employee Self Service modules and best practices in user interface design.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Kronos certification(s) preferred.
