What are you in for?

Roles and responsibilities :

- Evaluation of software requirement and creating Software Packages as per specialist department request.

- Create software packages with customer specific adaptions/requests.

- Create software packages with Flexera Admin studio using MSI technology.

- Knowledge on MSIX Packaging technology

- Create software packages for MacOS, based on customer specific adaptions/requests.

- Create PowerShell / PSAppDeployToolkit script-based installation packages.

- Implementing packaging standards as per company guidelines

- Configure package deployment in the endpoint management suite (Microsoft Intune).

- Troubleshooting in case of faulty packages

- Knowledge on Evaluating the software and compatibility testing.

- Monitor Production Release and remediate in case of any app installation failures.

- Create and Import applications to Microsoft Intune and Monitor the same.

- Close cooperation with International Technical counterparts and stakeholders.

- Work on Incidents/Request related to application deployments and endpoint management.

- Logical thinking and automation related to Endpoint management, especially via scripting should be able to create or customize.

What are we looking for?

Requirements :

- A minimum of 3+ years RELEVANT Experience in software packaging and deployment

- Expert Skills in Flexera AdminStudio InstallShield or a similar packaging tool

- Expert Skills in Microsoft Intune/MEM

- Expert Skills in OS Microsoft Windows 11, MacOS

- Expert Skills in standard applications (e. Microsoft Apps, Adobe)

- Expert Skills in PowerShell & Shell Scripting Knowledge.

- Knowledge on Intune Endpoint Management would be an added advantage.

- Strong Process knowledge according to ITIL good practices and with present or past employers

- Good analytical thinking

- Good Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Active team player and possess independent working ability.

Academic Qualification and Certifications :

Any Graduate or a Diploma With necessary relevant experience as per requirement section mentioned above.

Optional or good to have certifications :

ITIL (V4) foundation certification or any additional certification would be an added advantage
