We are seeking a skilled and passionate Backend Engineer (Drive) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems that power our Drive platform and related services. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and cross-functional teams to build reliable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

You will be responsible for developing robust backend solutions, optimizing application performance, and ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our systems. The successful candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or similar languages. You should be comfortable working with RESTful APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed architectures. Experience with microservices, asynchronous processing, caching, and message queues will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Develop solutions for high-volume, distributed systems.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support.

- Improve system architecture and contribute to technical design decisions.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and automation for backend services.

- Follow best practices for clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
