KreditBee is an online lending platform that provides a variety of loan offerings. It is RBI registered and its customers include self-employed, salaried, and new-to-credit customers.

Purpose of the Job :

- The main purpose of this job is to ensure that the risk metrics of the loan portfolio is healthy.

- Design, develop, implement and maintain credit underwriting strategy for digital lending products.

- Build and optimize existing customer management strategies to improve customer level profitability.

- Design portfolio management strategy roadmap based on various data acquisition strategies and portfolio management techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with the data engineering and products team to provide user journey recommendations.

- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the company wide portfolio growth targets are met.

- Analyze data (e.g. traditional and alternative bureau, device and behavioral data) using statistical tools and analytical techniques to generate insights and optimize credit decisions (accept/ decline/ manual, pricing and credit line)

- Research, analyze and evaluate potential vendors/data providers for incremental value in credit management strategies.

- Develop analytical reports and presentations for senior management and executive committees.

Attributes :

- Ability to understand platforms and systems technically.

- Keen analytical abilities & good working skill with Excel, SQL and R/Python.

- Good visualization abilities and persuasive capabilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- 2-5 years of analytics experience preferably in fintechs is a plus.
