About the Role :

KreditBee is on a mission to radically digitize the traditionally offline Loan Against Property (LAP) space. We are looking for a highly technical, high-agency Product Manager to join this charter. If you have built products in the secured lending space (Home Loans, Gold Loans, Auto Loans, etc.) and have a strong knack for AI-driven automation, we will help you master the LAP domain. Your mandate is to execute a scalable, digital-first product journey that automates workflows and enables exponential portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive End-to-End Digitization : Execute the digital transformation of the lending lifecycle, replacing manual bottlenecks with streamlined workflows from lead to automated disbursement.

- Implement AI & Automation : Work closely with Data Science to integrate OCR, computer vision, and ML models for underwriting, risk, and fraud detection.

- Execute Agentic AI Use Cases : Build and deploy autonomous AI agents for operational workflows (e.g., exception management, document parsing, vendor coordination) to push towards zero-touch operations.

- Product Execution : Translate complex business, legal, and regulatory requirements into crisp PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications.

- Tech Collaboration : Partner directly with engineering teams on system design, evaluating tech stacks, and integrating complex APIs.

- Optimize User Journeys : Leverage product analytics to identify drop-offs and collaborate with UI/UX teams to build frictionless interfaces for borrowers and internal credit teams.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Experience : 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced fintech or tech startup environment.

Domain Expertise : Proven experience building products in Secured Lending (Home Loans, Gold Loans, Auto Loans, or similar). LAP experience is a bonus but not required-we value the core secured lending mindset and the hunger to learn.

Technical Depth : Strong engineering background; highly proficient in reading and analyzing system design documents, API flows, and technical architectures.

Education : B.Tech / B.E. / MCA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.

Core Skills :

Tech Stack : Proficient in SQL and Excel for data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with AI/ML integrations.

Product Chops : Exceptional ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, executable PRDs and wireframes.

First-Principles Thinking : Ability to quickly grasp the legal and regulatory nuances of a new domain (like CERSAI and mortgage creation) and apply tech-first solutions.

Communication : Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Risk, Operations) to deliver fast iterations.
