About the Role :

We are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to join our team. You will be the primary data partner for our core onboarding funnels.

Your mission will be to turn raw data into actionable insights that optimize conversion rates and improve the efficiency of our journeys.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Design various Reports and Dashboards to monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help in improving the business.

- Develop an in-depth understanding of user journeys on Kreditbee Platforms and generate data-driven insights & recommendations to help products in meticulous decision-making.

- Build conversion Funnels across multiple product lines to help Product Teams to understand the complete user journey along with the pain points and communicate findings and your recommendations to key stakeholders and executives.

- Work together with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, and various business teams, to identify and address issues, potential challenges, and bottlenecks in the product.

- Proactively look for opportunities to increase efficiencies through report automation wherever applicable.

Skills and Requirements :

- Good Hands on Experience in SQL, NoSQL is mandatory and knowledge on Python is an added advantage.

- Experience with data visualization software like Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, Redash etc.

- Data tracking using Analytics Tools like Google Analytics, Clevertap, Appsflyer etc. would be an added advantage.

- Experience in Working with Cloud Infrastructure services like AWS and Google Cloud (Specifically AWS Athena and Google BigQuery) would be a plus.

- Experience working in Agile and Hands-On using JIRA, Confluence tools will be an added advantage (Not Mandatory).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience & Educational Qualifications :

- Min of 2 years experience in a fast paced environment and has experience in dealing with large volumes of data

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience

- Previous Experience in Fintech is a plus.
