- Work closely with key stakeholders to define and develop detailed product and business requirements.

- Complete ownership of requirement analysis, specification to usage analytics and optimization.

- Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented in line with Business strategy.

- Manage engagement with internal and external third parties.

- Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan.

- Monitor and analyze Product metrics to identify issues and develop enhancement strategy.

Skills and Expectations :

- Previous experience in Lending is mandatory

- Experience in Lending is preferable.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Experience in managing UI/UX design.

- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties to deliver customer and internal products.

- Ability to understand requirements from stakeholders and translate to well-defined requirement specifications.

Experience :

- 3-6 years industry experience

Qualification :

- B.Tech/B.E with a technical background
