About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Product Management to join our Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that solve real customer problems.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical or analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating user-centric products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and improvements.

- Translate product requirements into clear and detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.

- Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, optimize product performance, and measure success through relevant KPIs.

- Lead cross-functional meetings, drive product discussions, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.

- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and analytical insights.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Candidates from IIM's are strongly preferred.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related roles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and using insights to drive decisions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Understanding of agile methodologies, user research, and product design principles.

- Technical understanding or experience in working with engineering teams is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with tools such as SQL,Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, GA, Notion, or similar.

- Prior experience in a tech product company or startup environment.

- Ability to think strategically while staying detail-oriented.
