Job Summary :

The Kraken Configuration Specialist will be responsible for configuring and customizing Kraken solutions for our clients in the energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry, along with hands-on experience in implementing Kraken for at least 2-3 clients.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Kraken solutions to meet client-specific requirements in the energy sector.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.

- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using Kraken solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the configuration and implementation phases.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Kraken and the energy sector.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 -6 years of experience in configuring and customizing Kraken solutions.

- Proven experience working with at least 2-3 clients in the energy sector.

- Strong understanding of the energy industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with blockchain technology and digital asset management.

- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills :

- Kraken Platform Configuration : Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Kraken solutions for multiple clients.

- API Integration : Ability to work with APIs and manage integrations between Kraken and client systems.

- Data Management : Understanding of data structures, mapping, and validation during configuration.

- Troubleshooting & Monitoring : Identifying and resolving configuration or implementation issues.

- Training & Support Tools : Experience in using tools and platforms for client training and implementation support.

- Project Collaboration : Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

- Reporting & Analytics : Ability to use data analytics and reporting tools to track performance and generate insights.

- Blockchain & Digital Assets (Preferred) : Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital asset management concepts
