Role Overview :

We are seeking a technology led Analyst/Consultant to design and build Agentic AI systems, ML models, and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise Finance organizations.

This role is intended for strong AI/ML technologists with hands-on experience in agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and cloud AI platforms, who have worked across the Finance & Accounting (F&A) value chain in real-world enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop Agentic AI systems using :

- Azure AI Foundry

- Amazon Bedrock

- LangGraph / LangChain

- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise documents

Develop AI agents and ML models for F&A use cases across :

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

- Order-to-Cash (O2C)

- Record-to-Report (R2R)

- FP&A

- Treasury

Implement workflow orchestration using :

- n8n

- Make.com

- Cloud-native orchestration tools

- Build ML models for forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, and analytics

- Deploy solutions on Azure or AWS with production-grade controls

- Integrate AI systems with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday)

Required Technical Skills :

Mandatory :

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with:

- Azure AI Foundry and/or Amazon Bedrock

- LangGraph / LangChain

- RAG architectures and vector databases

- Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, or equivalent)

- Solid foundation in machine learning concepts and implementation

- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms

Preferred

- Experience with MLOps (model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring)

- Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP systems

- Exposure to enterprise-scale GenAI governance and controls

Finance Domain Experience (Strongly Preferred)

- Prior experience working across Finance & Accounting processes, including:

- P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, and Treasury

- Understanding of accounting data structures, reconciliations, close processes, and financial controls

- Experience delivering AI or analytics solutions for Finance functions

Educational Qualifications

Required

- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Information Technology or equivalent technical discipline

Preferred :

- Advanced certifications in AI / ML / Data Science

- MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification, in addition to a technical degree

Experience :

- 2-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied AI, or intelligent automation

- Experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, or complex business environments preferred
