Responsibilities :

- Engage deeply with business stakeholders, probe to understand pressing business priorities.

- Conceptualize, design & develop appropriate analytics solutions.

- Develop statistical/ML models to solve problems for Collections.

- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics for pressing problems and propose solutions.

- Insight generation for improving Collections efficiency.

- Manage analytically driven programs like Pre-Due/Post Due Strategy, Contactability Improvement.

- Design and Drive creation of AI workflows to improve Collections outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably from Tier1 Institute) in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field.

- 2-5 years of analytics experience in preferred but not must in Collections/ Credit Risk/Modelling.

- Proficient in SQL/Python.

- Good problem solving skills, Ability to build storylines & recommendations for business stakeholder consumption i.e. Ability to Think in Math, Speak in English.

- Analytics Solution Design & development.

- Good business acumen.

- Prefer candidates with Credit Scoring/Risk Modelling/Credit Cards experience.

- Hands-On AI Experience a big plus.
