Job Description : Kore.ai Technical Architect

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Kore.ai Technical Architect with 10+ years of industry experience, including deep hands-on expertise in conversational AI, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering. You will lead the design and delivery of intelligent virtual assistants across chat, voice, and omnichannel use cases using the Kore.ai platform. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong technical execution to drive transformative outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the technical architecture and design of conversational AI solutions built on the Kore.ai platform

- Lead solutioning and implementation of multi-agent workflows, agentic decision systems, and prompt-driven automation

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable bot structures : Dialog Tasks, NLP configurations, BotKit extensions, and backend integrations

- Guide the design and integration of dynamic prompt engineering strategies using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) within Kores GenAI framework

- Architect enterprise-grade solutions that ensure performance, scalability, and reliability

- Provide technical leadership during client workshops, reviews, and deployments

- Optimize bot performance, error handling, fallback strategies, and human hand-off

- Mentor and upskill developers on best practices in Kore.ai, LLM integration, and agent design patterns

- Stay updated on the latest in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and agent-based architectures and contribute to internal innovation

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in software development or enterprise architecture roles

- 4+ years of experience implementing bots using Kore.ai, including Bot Builder, BotKit, Webhooks, and multi-channel delivery

- Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures, prompt design, and LLM orchestration

- Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

- Expertise in NLP/NLU, context modeling, and intent disambiguation

- Experience integrating Kore.ai with enterprise systems, CRMs, contact centers, and APIs

- Deep familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices

- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Kore.ai Architect or Developer certification

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar LLMs

- Background in agent-based app development using Kore.ais GenAI tools

- Familiarity with contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Twilio, etc.)

- Knowledge of RPA tools, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and governance frameworks
