The Role

As a Software Engineer in the SearchAI Application and Integrations team, you will build client-facing utilities, assist in PoC development, and contribute to scalable, high-quality enterprise search solutions while learning from senior engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop small-scale integrations and utilities for SearchAI use cases.

- Assist in PoC and demo creation for enterprise prospects.

- Write clean, maintainable Python and Node.js code.

- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.

- Support QA in testing and documentation.

- Learn RAG, LLM integration, and advanced retrieval techniques.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 0 - 1+ years of software engineering experience.

- Good proficiency in Python and Node.js.

- Foundational understanding of RAG, LLMs, and vector search.

- Basic knowledge of cloud services and CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to GenAI frameworks.

- Interest in metadata filtering and retrieval optimization.
