Role Overview :

Join Pronix Inc. as an Experienced Kore.AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven conversational solutions. Youll work with Conversational AI, AI Automation, omnichannel integrations, enterprise system connectivity, and build intelligent AI-powered assistants for global clients.

What Youll Do :

- Design & deploy intelligent virtual assistants using Kore.AI

- Build AI chatbots, agents, and automation flows with NLP, LLM & prompt engineering

- Create AI solutions for contact centers, agent assistance, and enterprise workflows

- Develop and integrate REST APIs & full stack components (Python, JavaScript, React)

- Implement omnichannel experiences across multiple platforms

- Leverage AWS, Azure, and enterprise APIs for secure, scalable integration

Must-Have Skills :

2 to 8 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 1+ year on the Kore.AI platform (XO v11+)

Required Qualifications :

- 2 to 8 years of overall software development experience.

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with Kore.AI platform (XO v11 or higher).

- Strong skills in conversational AI, chatbot development, and automation flows.

- Proficiency in REST API development and integration.

- Experience with frontend and backend technologies, including Python, JavaScript, and React.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

- Ability to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions
