We are expanding our Engineering team and looking to hire experienced Prompt Engineers with strong expertise in Agentic Development and Generative AI technologies.

You will work on cutting-edge AI- powered solutions, contribute to building intelligent agent-based systems, and lead or collaborate with high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Lead : Lead the design and development of Agentic AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies in Generative AI and Prompt Engineering.

- Architect and implement solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.

- Guide the team on best practices in Prompt Engineering and Agent orchestration.

- Drive performance optimization and scalability of AI solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, and engineering teams.

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Ensure delivery of high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code.

Associate Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer :

- Design and develop core components of Agentic AI applications.

- Create, refine, and optimize prompts for Generative AI models.

- Work with large datasets in MongoDB and ClickHouse.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable implementations.

- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the AI space.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.

- Proven experience in Agentic Development and Prompt Engineering.

- Strong expertise in : Generative AI and OpenAI APIs & ecosystem

Nice to have skills : LangChain and LangGraph

- Solid database knowledge and experience with : MongoDB and ClickHouse

- Strong programming and software design skills.

- Good to Have (Added Advantage) Exposure to or experience integrating with HR Services platforms :

SAP, Workday and ServiceNow :

- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership (for Tech Lead) or technical mentoring (for ATL/SSE).

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
