About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer Cloud & Infrastructure with strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat), Virtualisation, and SQL Database implementation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Active Directory (AD) implementation for large enterprises, and in-depth knowledge and experience of DNS, DHCP, SSL, and Certificate Authority (CA) services.

The role requires excellent communication skills, client-facing capabilities, and strong documentation abilities to support both technical implementation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.

- Implement and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) for large-scale enterprise setups.

- Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority (CA), and SSL certificates.

- Design, deploy, and manage virtualisation environments using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.

- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.

- Perform server patching, updates, performance monitoring, and security hardening.

- Handle cloud integration projects (private/public/hybrid) when required.

- Gather technical requirements from customers, prepare technical designs, and ensure project delivery within timelines.

- Maintain clear and structured technical documentation for deployments.

- Work closely with clients in a professional and presentable manner to build trust and ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

- 5- 8 years in IT infrastructure, server administration, and virtualization.

- Operating Systems : Windows Server (2016/2019/2022, 2025), Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

- Virtualization : VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V.

- Directory Services : Active Directory implementation & management for large organizations.

- Networking Services : DNS, DHCP, SSL, CA configuration.

- Database : SQL Server configuration and maintenance.

- Cloud Understanding : Familiarity with AWS/Azure, GCP environments (preferred).

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Strong documentation and reporting ability.
