Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Server Compute Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and supporting virtualized environments, hyper-converged infrastructure, and backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, configure, and maintain server infrastructure using Nutanix HCI, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V.

- Administer and support virtualization platforms and ensure high availability and performance.

- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions using Veeam or Commvault.

- Collaborate in deploying and configuring Load Balancers to support high availability for critical applications.

- Maintain and troubleshoot Red Hat Linux servers and related systems.

- Support cloud integration and hybrid infrastructure setups.

- Monitor system health and performance, ensuring system availability and reliability.

- Perform capacity planning, system upgrades, patch management, and security hardening.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

- Provide documentation, technical support, and training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4 - 6 years of experience in server infrastructure engineering.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Nutanix, VMware vSphere/ESXi, and Hyper-V.

- Good working knowledge of backup technologies like Veeam or Commvault.

- Familiarity with Load Balancers (e.g., F5, Citrix ADC, etc.)

- Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud) is a plus.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.
