Konverge Technologies - Project Manager - Networking Technologies

Job Summary :

The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving successful execution.

Employment Type : Full-time | Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively.

- Handle risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.

- Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders.

- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Conduct status meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

- Drive project governance and ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards.

- Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of proven experience in Project Management with focus on Networking / IT Infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, etc.)

- Excellent understanding of Project Management methodologies Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.

- Hands-on experience in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
