Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced L2 Enterprise Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Cisco Routing & Switching, Software Defined Access (SDA), Wireless Solutions, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and DNA Center. This role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise-level network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform L2-level troubleshooting and support for enterprise network issues.

- Manage and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure.

- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Software Defined Access (SDA) and DNA Center solutions.

- Support and manage enterprise Wireless LAN infrastructure.

- Implement and maintain Cisco ISE for network access control and security.

- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve potential issues.

- Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations and project implementations.

- Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and change logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst/Nexus series).

- Proven experience with SDA, DNA Center, and Wireless LAN controllers.

- Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE for authentication and policy enforcement.

- Understanding of network protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLAN, STP, etc.)
