About the Role :

As a Chapter Lead for Digital Services Testing, you will combine technical expertise with people leadership to build a high-performing testing chapter.

You will define and implement testing strategies, drive automation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across squads.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the Testing Chapter : Build and nurture a strong community of testing professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Define Testing Strategy : Implement a shift-left approach for continuous delivery and quality assurance.

- Drive Test Automation : Promote and implement automation frameworks such as Robot Framework and Python, and optimize test architecture.

- Innovate & Improve : Introduce techniques to reduce test execution time and enhance test quality.

- Coach & Mentor : Guide teams on testing best practices, quality aspects, and foster a culture of open communication and learning.

- Collaborate Across Tribes : Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other Chapter Leads to ensure seamless integration of testing practices.

- Ensure Security & Compliance : Embed security and reliability into all testing activities.

- Manage Testing Efforts : Plan, deploy, and oversee testing for releases across multiple squads.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience in test management and complex testing activities in diverse IT environments.

- Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Python) and test architecture.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools.

- Experience in usability, performance, and reliability testing.

- Understanding of Quality Assurance principles and security practices.

- Knowledge of using Gen AI Tools like Copilot

- Having Elevator/Hardware interaction knowledge is desirable

Leadership Skills :

- Ability to build trust and respect within teams and stakeholders.

- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.

- Passion for working with diverse teams and driving innovation.

- Working experience in matrix and multi cultural organization
