- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on project requirements and specifications.

- Perform manual testing as well as implement and maintain automated testing solutions to increase test coverage and efficiency.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze product requirements, specifications, and technical designs.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cryptocurrency technologies to enhance testing methodologies and processes.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services industry.

- Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter), and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

- Experience with API testing, performance testing, and security testing for web-based applications.
