We are looking for a seasoned Presales Architect with deep Retail domain expertise and strong solutioning skills across ERP, eCommerce, OMS, PIM, POS, and Omnichannel commerce. The role combines technical architecture, business consulting, and client engagement to drive digital transformation for enterprise retailers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead presales engagements, solution design, and architecture across retail platforms.

- Define cloud deployment architectures (multi-cloud, hybrid, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).

- Deliver cost estimates, TCO/ROI models, and licensing recommendations.

- Support sales teams with proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.

- Conduct discovery workshops, build demos and POCs, and showcase solution value.

- Stay ahead on AI/ML, composable commerce, and cloud-native innovations.

Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in Presales / Solution Consulting within Retail.

- Strong understanding of retail processes (merchandising, supply chain, omnichannel).

- Hands-on with ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), eCommerce (Salesforce/Adobe/Shopify), OMS/PIM, frontend frameworks (React/Next.js), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Expertise in architecture design, cloud strategy, and cost modeling.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client advisory skills.
