Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Kofax/Tungsten Specialist to support enterprise document capture, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Kofax/Tungsten Total Agility (TTA/KTA) applications integrated with FileNet P8 and backend databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in OCR technologies, workflow automation, system integration, and production support within enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in Kofax/Tungsten technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with Kofax/Tungsten Total Agility (TTA/KTA).

- Experience with FileNet P8 integration and enterprise document management solutions.

- Strong database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.

- Experience in OCR, document capture, workflow automation, and production support.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with AI/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.

- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, .NET, or C# customization.

- Prior experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare domains.

- Relevant Kofax/Tungsten certifications.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required, or equivalent experience.

- Kofax/Tungsten certifications and enterprise content management certifications are a plus.
