Responsibilities :
- Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and plan for contingencies.
- Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion, including budgeting, resource management, and scheduling.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Work with diverse stakeholders, including field crews, maintenance teams, IT, and business stakeholders, to capture requirements and ensure practical, sustainable solutions.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting dashboards to support asset reliability, maintenance KPIs, and project tracking.
- Apply your experience in implementing solutions in utilities industries related to FSM (Field Service Management) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements and resolve conflicts, ensuring alignment between project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure necessary resources and support for project success.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in utilities, public infrastructure, manufacturing, or facilities management.
- Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability practices (RCM, TPM, FMEA, etc.).
- PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
