Key Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership & Delivery : Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex ML and AI projects, from conceptualization and design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

- Solution Development : Apply deep expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to solve challenging real-world problems across various domains.

This includes developing and enhancing :

- Recommendation Systems : Building intelligent systems that personalize user experiences and drive engagement.

- Fraud Detection : Creating robust models to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Developing solutions for text analysis, understanding, and generation.

- Computer Vision : Implementing algorithms for image and video analysis.

- Technical Translation & Communication : Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating complex business requirements into clear, executable ML and AI solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts, project progress, and results persuasively to various audiences.

- Data Engineering & Management : Leverage a strong understanding of data engineering principles to work effectively with large-scale, complex datasets, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and optimal structure for ML model training and inference.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented data scientists and engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a demonstrable track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, impactful ML and AI projects.

- Deep Technical Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of core ML and AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques, including :

- Supervised Learning : Regression, classification, and predictive modeling.

- Unsupervised Learning : Clustering, dimensionality reduction, and anomaly detection.

- Reinforcement Learning : Algorithms for decision-making in dynamic environments.

- Neural Networks : Various architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and deep learning principles.

- Programming Proficiency : High proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

- ML/AI Frameworks : Extensive experience with industry-standard machine learning and AI libraries and frameworks, including : TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn

- Problem-Solving & Innovation : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in ML/AI solutions.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.

- Advanced Degree (Plus) : A Ph.D. in a relevant field is a significant plus
