Kite is a stablecoin-native neobank reimagining cross-border finance. We help users hold digital dollars, move money across borders efficiently, and spend globally via local payment rails and cards.

About the role :

Lead our mobile app in React Native. Turn complex Web3/fintech flows into a smooth, secure UX. Youll ship production code, shape patterns and tooling, and partner closely with backend, product, design, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build & ship the core RN app with TypeScript (iOS & Android).

- Integrate backend APIs for auth, wallet, KYC/AML, and transactions; handle real-time data via WebSocket.

- Web3 UX : use ethers.js / WalletConnect for balances, transfers, and signing.

- Security-by-default : biometric auth, secure storage, jailbreak/root checks, cert pinning.

- Quality & speed : performance tuning, smooth animations, fast startup; unit/integration/E2E tests

- Release ops : own mobile CI/CD, store submissions, and rollout strategy.

- Standards & mentoring : drive UI patterns, state management, documentation, and code reviews.

- Key KPIs :

a, App quality & performance : Crash-free sessions, launch time, animation smoothness.

b. Engagement & retention : Store ratings, DAU, feature adoption.

c. Transaction success : % of successful on-app transactions.

d. Code quality : Post-release bug rate, test coverage, review quality.

e. Delivery : % of scoped features shipped on schedule; rollout health.

f. Team impact : Mentorship, docs, process improvements.

Job requirements :

- 3 to 5+ years frontend/mobile experience.

- Deep React Native + TypeScript expertise.

- Strong state management (Redux Toolkit/Zustand/MobX) and modern JS/React hooks.

- Solid REST, WebSocket, testing (Jest/Detox/Appium), and debugging skills.

- Proven record shipping high-quality apps at pace; clear communicator.

- Startup mindset : ownership, bias to ship, comfort with ambiguity.

- Excellent intra and inter team collaboration skills.

Nice to have :

- dApps/Web3 experience (Ethereum/L2s/Solana), WalletConnect/ethers.js/web3.js.

- Native iOS/Android (Swift/Obj-C or Kotlin/Java).

- GraphQL; mobile security best practices (Keychain/Keystore, pinning).

- Fintech/payments/neobank background.
