We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) with a strong background in software QA methodologies, manual testing, and Agile/Scrum development processes.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to ensure our products meet both organizational and customer requirements.

- You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure maximum test coverage, detect regressions, and contribute to process improvements for continuous integration.

- The role requires an eye for detail and a passion for breaking things to improve quality.

Responsibilities :

- Review design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and functionality of the product.

- Ensure products meet organizational and customer quality standards and product integrity requirements.

- Analyze customer support tickets to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective action.

- Identify trends in product quality or defects through data analysis and work to mitigate future defects.

- Author and review test cases based on product specifications and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Execute manual tests across enterprise applications and supported browsers to ensure maximum test coverage.

- Be a hands-on engineer with strong attention to detail, constantly seeking to improve product quality.

- Write and execute tests to validate feature functionality and detect regression.

Requirements :

- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.

- Experience with DBMS tools such as SQL Yog or DBeaver.

- Expertise in API testing using Postman.

- Experience with defect management tools like JIRA and Confluence.

- A passion for supporting continuous integration process improvement.

- Experience in manual testing for web-based and app-based tools and frameworks.

- 3+ years of experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and Agile/Scrum development processes.
