We are looking for a skilled professional with a solid understanding of supply chain operations and hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse, particularly in integration and data modeling. The ideal candidate should have experience administering enterprise software systems and designing/troubleshooting SaaS integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Boomi). Strong SQL knowledge and data validation experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and manage Kinaxis RapidResponse platform and its core functions

- Participate in Kinaxis integration with NetSuite; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues

- Understand and manage the data model structure within Kinaxis

- Create new sites and integrate corresponding data

- Map data from external sources to Kinaxis tables and validate mapping accuracy

- Create and manage custom tables and fields in Kinaxis

- Validate RapidResponse calculations to ensure consistency with data sources

- Monitor and review alerts, scheduled tasks, and data update statuses

- Identify and address data discrepancies and modify data tolerances when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain systems and enterprise software administration

- Solid understanding of supply chain processes including inventory, BOM, demand, and forecasting

- Experience with SaaS integrations especially Salesforce, NetSuite, and Boomi

- Hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning tools

- Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of relational database structures

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues

- Experience working with data mappings, validations, and data modeling

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications :

- Access to Kinaxis RapidResponse environment for hands-on practice

- Kinaxis Certification (if available or in progress)

- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics domain

- Basic Understanding of Supply Chain Concepts: Familiarity with supply chain workflows and processes Is

essential. Understanding of inventory/ BOM, demand, and forecast planning is desired.

- Experience with enterprise software systems and administrative tasks and familiarity designing/ troubleshooting integration between SaaS systems (example: Salesforce/ NetSuite/ Boomi integrations).

- Strong understanding of SQL/ database structures

- The resource will need to do hands-on Practice and get access to a KinaxisRapidResponse instance for practical experience

- 5+ years of experience working on the above systems/ skills

Kinaxis admin functions :

- Participate in Kinaxis integration with NetSuite and help troubleshoot issues

- Understand the structure of the data model

- Create sites and integrate the data from those sites.

- Map data from data sources to tables.

- Create custom tables and fields.

- Validate the mappings.

- Validate RapidResponse calculations to match your data sources.

- Review alerts and scheduled tasks.
