Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning and Kinaxis implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in RapidResponse modules and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for supply chain planning.

- Work on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, and Control Tower modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions.

- Develop and maintain Workbook configurations, Metrics, Alerts, and Dashboards.

- Perform data modeling, data integration, and validation using Kinaxis tools.

- Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle : design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot Kinaxis-related issues.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience working with Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning concepts (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).

- Hands-on experience in Workbook modeling, Metrics, and Alerts.

- Experience with data integration (ETL, APIs, SQL, or ERP integrations like SAP/Oracle).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
