Relevant Experience : 10+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across Author, Consultant, and Architect roles.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business teams.

- Create detailed solution blueprints, data models, workflows, metrics, dashboards, and reports.

- Design and optimize planning models for processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Capacity Planning.

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and stability of RapidResponse applications.

- Collaborate with ERP and integration teams to ensure smooth data flow into RapidResponse.

- Provide guidance to global delivery teams during configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care.

- Troubleshoot complex cross-functional issues and drive root cause analysis.

- Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation, design standards, and best practices.

- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to business users and technical teams.

- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance solution effectiveness.

Skills Set :

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience as a Kinaxis RapidResponse Author (metrics, worksheets, dashboards, analytics).

- Expertise as a Kinaxis RapidResponse Architect (solution blueprinting, model design, performance tuning).

- Experience as a Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant (requirement analysis, configuration, scenario modeling).

- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning (Demand, Supply, S&OP, MRP, Capacity).

- Proficiency in RapidResponse modules, including :

1. Data Modeler

2. Contributor

3. Planner Workbench

4. Control Tower / Scenario Management

5. Analytics / Dashboards

- Strong experience in data modeling, data integration, and KPIs within RapidResponse.

- Ability to design complex planning scenarios and optimization logic.

Desired Technical Skills :

- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/APO/IBP, Oracle, JDE, etc.).

- Understanding of SQL, ETL concepts, and integration tools.

- Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

- Kinaxis certification (preferred).
