Skills :

- Hands on development experience in Planning solutions - Especially Kinaxis and/or JDA, 09, OMP, Logility, SAP IBP

- Hand on with SQL querying and in-depth knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL/MS SQL) and Java Script, Talend

- Hands on configuring any ETL like Talend preferably (Or Informatica, Data Stage etc)

- Hands on with any visualization tool such as Tableau, PowerBI is desirable

Job Description :

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning consulting among the following areas: IBP / S&OP, Demand, Inventory, Supply Network, Production Scheduling, SC control Tower.

- Hands on working experience with a few Kinaxis RR modules like Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Sales & Operations Planning

- Hands on experience in developing and configuring different seeded resources in Kinaxis like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc. in above modules

- Expertise in Authoring, Analytics, and Scripting and Data integration especially with Data source and mapping and tolerance settings

- Good Kinaxis functional/analytical background with understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, inventory optimization etc.

- Apply Authoring skills to apply fixes, develop/configure enhancements, implement new functionalities as per clients needs

- Hands on experience of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses and/or ETL for both Inbound and downstream integration for visualization tools

- Develop configure and monitor automation chains, schedule jobs and automate Master/Transaction data loads from upstream ERP or ETL sources

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Requirement gathering from client and converting it into technical specification.
